Peter was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2000, and he has maintained his criminal defense and family law practice ever since.

He graduated from Southwestern University in 1996, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political science.

Peter then attended Texas Tech University School of Law where he graduated in 1999.

Peter is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas.

Certified mediator

In January of 2015, Peter became a certified mediator. He completed over 40 hours of training meeting the requirements of Texas Civil Practice Remedies Code Section 154.052 to serve as a third-party neutral and mediate disputes.

Writer & Radio Personality

Peter is also an author and freelance writer. His first book, 20 Questions: Arrested for DWI in Texas, was published in 2015 as an ebook and is available for download. His first novel, Good Water, will be finished any day now. He writes website content for corporate clients in the tech and commercial real estate title insurance industries.

In 2014, Peter was the Fantasy Football Columnist for the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal where he wrote a weekly column offering advice, tips, and strategies in an informative and humorous manner.

He was the co-host of the Fantasy News Hour on KTLT 98.1FM The Ticket, Abilene, Texas. The fantasy sports radio talk show airs weekly every Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. and live online at Peter also published the Fantasy News Hour website until he moved to Georgetown, Texas with his family in 2017.
