I am excited to announce the publication of 20 Questions: Arrested for DWI in Texas.
In this book, I answer the 20 questions I get asked most frequently by clients arrested for driving while intoxicated. In my more than fifteen years defending citizens accused of driving while intoxicated, I have learned that many of the questions on the minds of my clients are the same. Most of the answers to those basic questions are also the same.
I wrote this book as a resource for those who have been arrested, or who have a friend or family member who has been arrested, for DWI in Texas because I know they have many of the same questions.
For example, I answer questions such as:
- What will happen if I am convicted of driving while intoxicated in Texas?
- Can I get a DWI off my record?
- Will my driver license be suspended?
- Can I get an occupational license?
- What does intoxicated mean in Texas?
- And many more.
20 Questions is obviously not near enough to tackle the subject of DWI, but it answers a few of the fundamental questions most clients have.
Initially, the book is published as an ebook available for download, but a paperback version is planned for publication this summer. The ebook and pdf downloads are available free of charge to anyone who is interested.
This is the first of what will be many in a series of 20 Questions books covering a variety of criminal and family law topics. For your convenience, you can read the ebook version below or download the pdf of 20 Questions: Arrested for a DWI in Texas here.
